Here are a few answers to our most common questions
What happens if I can't join some or all of the sessions live? Are there options for me?
By registering for the conference, you get access to a 7-day replay all of the sessions. So even if the current times don't work due to other engagements or time zones, you will have access to everything that you missed within 24 hours of the conference.
What if I need support in my business once the virtual conference is over?
We are all about supporting planners through the year! During the conference, you will learn more about our signature 6 and 12 month programs at Planners who Profit and have the opportunity to ask questions to determine which one is the right fit for you.
What if I'm not sure if I can attend yet?
We recommend registering early to secure your spot at the lowest possible rate. While registration cannot be refunded, it can be transferred if you find another planner who would like to take your spot.
I specialize in wedding management or day of coordination. Is this still for me?
Absolutely! Its very possible to grow a profitable wedding and event planning company as a coordinator, and we will be discussing this more during Planners who Profit LIVE
What constitutes an "experienced" event planner? Do I have to be experienced to attend PWP live?
An experienced event planner is anyone who has been in business for two years or has planned at least 5 events. You do not have to be experienced to attend PWP live, but the content will be advanced and tailored towards experienced planners. If you're ready to learn advanced concepts, this experience is for you.
I'm in the events industry but not a planner. Can I still attend the conference?
Yes, all are welcome and in the past, we've had florists, cake bakers, caterers and more benefit greatly from our programs! The content of this conference is marketing, sales and systems which any event professional can learn greatly from although the content and case studies will be tailored to wedding and event planners.
Is there a dress code for the event?
We ask for all attendees to come photo/video ready in your favorite fabulous looks! You don't have to be overly corporate - jumpsuits, bright colors, furs, open toed shoes and fun accessories are all welcome. It's a celebration!
Are there hotels nearby for out of town attendees?
Yes, we have negotiated room blocks at the host hotel (Sofitel Beverly Hills) as well additional nearby hotels. Hotel booking links will be sent to all registered attendees by September 1, 2022.
